Hayley’s Story

Growing up in Northland, Hayley was immersed in the local music scene from an early age — singing, playing in bands, and performing at festivals and events throughout the region. Those early experiences shaped a strong foundation as a live performer and a deep understanding of how music brings people together.

Over the years, Hayley has performed across Northland and beyond, including appearances at major events such as the Auckland Royal Easter Show, the Honey Jam Festival, and the Waitangi Day Treaty Grounds Festival. She has also opened for and supported well-known artists, including Tiki Taane, further refining a confident and adaptable stage presence.

Alongside festival and event performances, Hayley maintains regular residency gigs throughout Paihia, performing at local bars and venues — a reflection of her reliability, consistency, and ability to connect with both locals and visitors alike.

Hayley’s development as an artist was further shaped through mentorship with Crescendo Trust, working alongside respected musicians such as David Atai and Marcus Powell. This mentorship reinforced not only musical skill, but professionalism, versatility, and the importance of connecting with an audience.

Today, Hayley brings that experience to every performance — whether it’s an intimate wedding, a private celebration, or a lively venue night — delivering live music that feels effortless, engaging, and perfectly suited to the occasion.
